Your sign to bake cinnamon rolls ❤️ R E C I P E Dough: 2dl milk 20g yeast 1 egg 50g sugar 0,5 tsp salt 1 tsp cardamom 450g white flour 80g butter Filling: 150g butter 125g sugar 50g brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Other: 1 egg for brushing the rolls before going in the oven. Powdered sugar as topping How to: Mix yeast with milk. Add egg, cardamom, sugar, salt and half of the flour. Mix together. Add butter in small pieces and the rest of the flour. Mix dough properly for 10 minutes. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. Mix the filling together. Roll out the dough in a rectangle add the filling and roll it together. Cut out the roll. Either place the cut out pieces in a baking form like I did in the video or just place them on a baking pan. Use baking paper either way. Let the roll rise for 40 minutes. Brush the rolls with a beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven on 175 degrees convection oven for 20-25 minutes. Let the rolls cool off. Mix powdered sugar with a bit of water and add the topping to the rolls. Enjoy <33
