ā¾ TAPIOCA WITH BANANA
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter (we suggest Prozis Peanut butter with almonds or cashews, etc.)
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds (or hemp or linseed)
- Cinnamon
- Sliced Bananas
Instructions
01. Slice the banana and coat it with peanut butter.
02. Tuck in the yummy filling while closing the wrap into a half-moon shape.
03. Sprinkle it with the chia seeds and cinnamon as desired. You're welcome!
ā¾ TAPIOCA AS A CREPE
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsps Prozis Tapioca
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
01. Use a fork to mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
02. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, cook it in a nonstick skillet. It should take one minute on each side.
03. Feel free to add a tsp of chia, powdered linseed, sesame or anything you want. After all, it's your crepe.
