Foods are PRICEY and especially this time of year on the east coast where fresh stuff is less abundant there is no shame in the frozen game! Below are a few of my favorites for PCOS. Frozen broccoli is so delish when roasted with olive oil and salt (use the method to roast first with nothing on it, then add back in with oil until crispy!) Frozen pepper mixes can be great for taco nights or quick chicken dishes Frozen cauliflower rice has quite the reputation. You definitely don’t need to replace your whole carb source with it, but I actually prefer to mix it in to things to bulk - which is great for PCOS insulin resistance because it adds additional fiber and fullness factor but you still get some of that carb that you want/need. Frozen berries are something I go for all year round because the organic options are so affordable! #pcos #pcosconsciousqueens #pcosweightloss
