These two dishes are super limited - only available until April 5 at the Farmer’s Feast booth! 👩🏽‍🌾 The scallops with spring pea risotto was delicious and bright with golden-brown seared scallops and a bright lemon sauce. This dish is a perfect addition to the festival!!! 🫛🍋 But the REAL winner might be one of the best dishes I’ve ever had at an EPCOT festival. The Blueberry Crumb Cake featured creamy blueberry lemon zest soft serve and a delicious cake that’s part cheesecake and part blueberry crumble.
