Reanna and Gilbert planned their elopement at Pyramid Point in Sleeping Bear Dunes. Planning a big, traditional wedding didn't feel like them, so instead, they asked their closest friends to join them and witness their ceremony together in Michigan. 🤗🙌
One of the great things about planning your wedding day at Sleeping Bear Dunes (aside from how gorgeous and serene this spot is) is that photographers do not need a permit! However, you are required to purchase a special use permit if eloping here.
Make sure to include a nonrefundable $50.00 cost recovery fee with your application. Once your application is approved, you’ll have to pay a $100 fee. 💌
Feeling inspired to elope at Pyramind Point with your crew? Here are a few tips to keep in mind as you plan your big day adventure:
✨ Make sure to apply for your special use permit and select an approved location
✨Check out Sleeping Bear Dune’s website for the latest regulations for your elopement
✨Elope on a weekday
✨Remember LNT principles during your adventure
✨Connect with an experienced elopement vendor in the area (click the link in our bio for a list of all our vendors!)
SAVE this for reference! 😘
