My fellow perfectionist people will find these quotes way too familiar. I included one on imposter syndrome because, well, @violadavis , and imposter syndrome <> perfectionism, same cloth different cut. Our dumb dumb super high self standards might keep up doing, but they also stop us before we even start, drive us to the brink/to drink, and never let us just BE. I spent way too many days researching & writing all about it because I struggle with it daily and wanted to know what it is, where it comes from, and most of all, how I/we change it. My #drawtogethergut peeps got the full research, thoughts, and drawing assignment to work our way THROUGH the “perfect trap” on Sunday.
