Banana & Date Gingerbread Loaf ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @sneaky_wholefoods & @betterbeingsteph have created the ultimate baking mix that I can only explain to you as Christmas in a bag! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ WHAT YOU NEED - 1 Cup Mashed Banana + 1 sliced Banana - 2 Eggs - 1/3 Cup Oil of Choice - 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 1.5 Cups Self Raising Flour, can sub for GF if needed - 1/2 Cup @sneaky_wholefoods x @betterbeingsteph Gingerbread Cookies base - 1/2 Cup Dates, chopped (approx 5-6 dates) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ WHAT TO DO - Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin with baking paper - Add all ingredients, except for the sliced banana and dates, to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
