Each of these pictures are about 6-7 years apart. The Hungry young college athlete, the Bodybuilding enthusiast and the seasoned Dad / Coach! Being an athlete for most of my life, I’ve always thrived off of being locked into a program to give me more of a sense of accountability and purpose. I feel like it’s even more the case now that I have a wife & 3 kids! It’s not easy but I’ve found a way to get it done week in & week out ... so YOU can too 💪🏽🔥. For the past 3 months my wife & I have been doing a Squat focused program that we wrote up and it’s worked wonders. I started the program out weighing around 192lbs & now I’m consistently weighing 205lbs+ with even lower body fat... oh and my Squat strength has skyrocketed 💪🏽😅!!
