Hi guys, I’m very excited to announce our new restaurant Ma.Dé, Wayan’s little brother 😆 our second venture together with @cedvongerichten and @ochilatjuba opening this coming Monday, April 24th. @ma_de.nyc means second born in Balinese and is located right next to @wayan_nyc in SoHo. Ma-De focuses on seafood and vegetable dishes and the inspiration is to bring some warmth, tropical beaches of Bali to NYC.
