For me it started with cleaning out my home and keeping only the things that made me happy (My marie kondo phase) then it trickled into my clothing choices (brighter and funner) and then into my everyday life doing fun things that sparked that inner child like joy . I wear what makes me happy, do what makes my heart feel good and hang out with friends and family that I love and make me smile .
