SO EASY A CHILD CAN DO IT. Ingredients: 6 oz of Dark Chocolate 1/2 Stick of Butter 2 Eggs + 2 Egg Yolks (Room Temperature) 1/4 Cup of Sugar Pinch of Salt Few Tablespoons of Flour Extra Room Temperature Butter Powder Sugar For Garnish Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Spread butter and flour within the ramekins or cake pan. Spill out any excess flour 3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave in 30 second intervals and melt till smooth 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, eggs, egg yolks till it’s pale yellow 5. Fold in the melted chocolate 6. Add about a 1/2 cup of the batter in each of the ramekins 7. Bake for 8 minutes till the center is still soft but the sides are set 8. Take a plate and put on top of each ramekin. 9. Flip it over & the cake should come out 10. Dust over powdered sugar & enjoy Notes: 1. Be careful when flipping, the ramekins will be hot 2.
