BETTER THAN THE TAKEOUT Honey Garlic Beef in 20 minutes Ingredients (serve:2) * 500g of steak * 1 tbsp of neutral oil * 1/4 cup of soy sauce * 1 tbsp of rice vinegar * 3 cloves of garlic, minced * 1 tsp of ginger, grated * 1 tsp of chili flakes (optional) * 1/4 cup of honey * 1 tbsp of corn starch * 1/4 cup of water * 1/2 brown onion * Spring onions Garnish: Sesame seeds Steps: 1. Slice your steak into 1/4” strips and set aside. 3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, honey, cornstarch and water. Whisk to combine with my “magic whisker”. 4. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. 5. Add the brown onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until lightly brown. 6. Add the steak in one layer and cook each side until brown for 2 minutes 7. Pour the sauce to the pan, stir and simmer the sauce on low heat until it reduces or thickens (4-5 minutes). 8.
