Das Stahlhaus von Georg Muche und Richard Paulick, entstand 1927 im Auftrag der Stadt Dessau zusammen mit dem ersten Bauabschnitt der Siedlung Dessau-Törten. Den Erbauern kam es auf die Sichtbarkeit des Materials an: Eine Kongruenz von industrieller Fertigung und entsprechender Formensprache war erwünscht. Seit kurzem wird der korrosionsgefährdete Bauhausbau saniert. . Im Rahmen der „Triennale der Moderne“ bietet die Stiftung Bauhaus Dessau Baustellenführungen durch das Stahlhaus in der Siedlung Dessau-Törten an: Sa, 8. Okt 2022, 14 + 15 Uhr So, 9.
