My daughter makes her Latkes. 2 large Idaho potatoes, grated, 1 large egg, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Sorinkle salt. Combine & cook in 3/4 stick melted, unsalted butter. Finish in oven 15-20 minutes at 350F til tender. #food #chef #cooking #home #fun #life
