Head Chef @thegoodmoody was delighted to be invited to @cashelpalace for the @relaischateaux Food for Change “Guest Chef” event on Wednesday evening, championing ingredients from the Ark of Taste Ireland. Chef served up Ballyfin Pike canapés and a delicious dessert using 2 Ark of Taste ingredients - Stone ground Irish Toasted Oats (ice cream) accompanied by Ard Cairn Russet apples.
