DIY Till we Die. @heatherandersen_ and I started @newyorkpilates 9 years ago. We’ve built 5 studios in 6 years with no investors, were forced closed for over a year due to the pandemic, managed to keep all our locations, launched an in person and online teacher training program, launched an on demand class platform, started an activewear brand @nyptechsport featured in @vogue and are proudly getting ready to open studio No 6 and No 7. We are still in our stores, working on displays, online coding the website, at home designing merch and on set shooting videos and on site building locations. Thanks to everyone who supports @newyorkpilates, the over 100,000 pilates classes taught and nearly 1,000,000 visits and to the team we’ve built that keep it going and growing ✌🏻. FYI: I’m wearing sunglasses on set because I was beyond hungover that day. The film crew flaked the morning of the shoot. Heather and I jumped out of bed, she styled and managed sound, and I set the lights and got behind the camera, shot all the videos and processed the files. DIY TILL WE DIE ✌🏻
