Many people choose to make their own plastic free personal care products at home.
We love this easy DIY plastic free cooling pad by @heartlygreen ๐
- Take a cloth or a towel, a big sock will do too.
- Fill it up with rice, oats or whole wheat.
- Tie it up or use a string or a rubber band. Important that itโs tight, so you donโt have rice everywhere when using it. ๐
- Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or longer and then you can enjoy your cooling pad!
