Itās easy to fall into bad habitsāsometimes, without even knowing it!
When I was powerlifting, I did very well in the bench press, winning my weight class five years in a row, and lifting about 2 1ā2 times my bodyweight.
But I also developed the bad habit of taking a deep breath and exhaling as I lifted, which is common in resistance training, but can lead to a distended stomach. š
