Through passages and crossings flying fish find their way on deck. It’s mesmerizing to watch little schools of them fan out off the bow and fly hundreds of meters across a glassy ocean. Of a night the phosphorescence and bioluminescence has been a consistent light show. I don’t think it’s possible to capture it apart from in the memory bank but our last little anchorage has been something else, of a night at anchor the ocean glows and twinkles around the boat like another galaxy. It’s another dimension all together.
