A celebration of a legacy. The Balvenie Sixty was launched with an immersive dining experience in Hansom Hall at the iconic St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London. Individuals from all over the world came together to raise a glass, as the first to see and taste our oldest and rarest whisky released to date, accompanied by an exemplary six-course meal from three Michelin-starred chef and owner of L’Enclume, Simon Rogan. Each course was paired with a hand-picked whisky from David to represent each decade of his career.
The Hall featured a hand-built structure to mirror the distillery’s Malt Barn and an impressive ‘wall of whisky’, which featured over 140 bottles spanning David’s career, with a bottle of The Balvenie Sixty-Year-Old at its center, surrounded by engraved glass panels.
