What makes it truly special is its neighborhood-inspired cocktail menu, where each drink is crafted to reflect the essence of a specific Tokyo district like Ginza, Nezu, Kanda, Shinjuku, Azabudai, and more. I had the Toyosu cocktail, inspired by Tokyo’s iconic fish market. It came beautifully served in a seashell and featured gin, dry vermouth, green apple, citrus cucumber, coconut, and a sea salt air foam that tied it all together.
