Friday felt like my testimony. ✨ Hosting the YouTube Black Creator Collective Brunch was one of those full circle moments that I’ll never forget. This year makes 10 years of me being on YouTube. 10 years of figuring it out in front of a camera, sharing my highs and lows, and trusting that my voice had a place. To be able to celebrate that milestone in a room full of brilliant Black creators reminded me exactly why I started in the first place. I’m beyond grateful to @YouTube for continuing to pour into me, to give me my flowers, and to trust me with moments like this. Every opportunity reminds me how far consistency, faith, and community can take you. And to my friends who came out and supported me, thank you. Truly. Y’all have been by my side every step of the way, and having you in the room meant more than I can ever say. To the creators, too, we’re proof that collaboration and community will always matter more than competition. Here’s to the next 10 years. Here’s to more rooms, more doors opening, and more stories that look like us, sound like us, and uplift us. 🥂
