Jungle Bird 1.5 parts Aberfeldy 12 0.75 parts Martini Rossi Bitter 0.75 parts pineapple juice 0.5 parts lime juice 0.5 parts simple syrup Ice: Crushed Glass: Rocks Garnish: Pineapple slice and pineapple leaves Method: Add all ingredients to shaking tin, add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass and fill with ice, preferably crushed.
