Snippet of what I get up to in a day Fit of the day @onemorerep.official candy pink shorts & new blue peak state crop combo πŸ’™πŸ’• Had my pre workout snack then Off to train lower bod of course haha @im.gymerina Back home to cook up my scramble for brekkie enjoy 5mins of β€œpeace” 😏 I ran out of time Sunday to finish off meal Prep for the week so I got husbands mince that he was having for the week cooked my marinade chicken breast from @aldiaustralia in the air fryer-if you don’t have one GET ONE πŸ™ŒπŸ» Slower cooker Tuscan Meatballs for dinner so through it all in & see ya in 6hrs mealπŸ‘ŒπŸ» Gave the gym a good cleaning before I started my F2F training for the day. Then was time for school drop off πŸ‘‹πŸ» On the way home I picked up my packages πŸ“¦ 🀩 and had to get a takeaway coffee instead of our usual sit down coffee after training because husband need to be on site early. Had fun training all my beauty’s πŸ’ͺ🏻 another great day of training by them all in AC HQ. Time for a big ass salad for lunch while doing laptop work before having a hour to get a fresh set of nails πŸ’…πŸ» & this colour πŸ™ŒπŸ» Picked up a few things I forgot from supermarket this @macr0mike powder PB saves you Cals! Back home for kiddies & afternoon walk with Sir Douglas & husband to finish off a busy day.
