It’s day 3 of pickling the cucamelons and I’m so excited to report that they absorbed the brine 😍 The crunch is still there and they really took on the flavor of the vinegar and garlic but still had the cucumber/ lime taste too so delicious πŸ₯Ή These are honestly really good on their own I would be content eating a bowl of these to myself but I have a feeling that they are going to go really well on a piece of bone marrow toast 😍 I started soaking the bone marrow tonight- I always prefer to season and soak mine overnight to give more flavor and remove and bl00d (personal preference). Bone marrow toast is one of my all time favorite things to eat and I love adding pickled veggies to it so I’m really excited to see how this turns out 😍 #cucamelon #pickles #bonemarrow
