It’s fall in a lot of places except LA. Chicken Piccata feels like a perfect transitional dish when the temps are warm but the craving is for a comforting dish. It’s got a tangy, brine-y, sauce from the lemons and capers, and it’s true, everything tastes better with butter, so there’s plenty of that too.
