Recently I realized two things: 1. The key to running for a long time is to run with your chest forward. Can I get some confirmation on this? I’ve been trying to understand running for over a decade- I went through a phase where I was borderline obsessed with it, around the time I read (most of) @chrismcdougallauthor’s book “Born To Run” and learned about the Tarahumara runners. Even with all that, I could not understand how the fuck people run on purpose like, for fun. But something kicked in earlier this year where I felt my heart come forward when I was running and it felt like a whole other thing and I could understand where the joy in it comes from. So is that the key to running: heart + chest open, shoulders back? 2. In all core work, lift from your clit dick as though it is the lowest rung on your abdomen. You know what it is, actually- it’s like scooping your tailbone forward and letting it pour out through your heart and your toes.
