My darling baos, I hope one day you’ll come to realise how hard Mum and Dad have worked to give you as good a life as we can afford. I hope you’ll look around your home one day and appreciate the roof we’ve put over your head. I hope you’ll eat the food we put on the table and taste the sweat and tears. There’s nothing easy about bringing up children, yet everyday it is a struggle for me to justify time away from these two cuties. I hope one day they’ll understand why I have to leave the house in the morning and be apart from them, so that they can have everything they want/need as they grow up. It is the one thing I appreciate so much from my parents, and the one thing I hope to be able to give my kids. Cherishing these early days as they start to explore their new home with wide-eyed wonder. We don’t have any furniture in yet so in the porta-cot they go!
