Join us at @74_wythe beautiful sunlit roof top for 90 minutes of connecting to our breath, our own unique vocal instruments, followed by the many layered sound and vibratory qualities of Gong, singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and a curation of other beautiful instruments . When we combine this practice together, listening with intention to the sound not just externally but within us , we are offered a glimpse of how we are truly connecting to ourselves being the very instrument we may have been looking for. This month signifies a year since I completed my last in person training with beautiful humans who have since become friends, collaborators and a unique community of practitioners who have consistently shown me how deeply caring and healing this practice is for our own hearts by nature of sharing in this collective.
