Epic Charcuterie Board!!
You guys know I love a good charcuterie board, making them has become a favorite!
My core principles for making your charcuterie board aesthetic & delicious:
1) Variety - I always try to have 2 to 3 different types of 3-6 things - nuts, cheese, meat, crackers, fruits, and if doing dips, dips.
2) Abundance - having plenty of the ingredients lets you stay creative and fill all the white space, which is half the aesthetics battle!
3) Balance - I like to have a balance of sweet,
salty, and simple!
4) Separation - whether physically separating the ingredients from each other (using bowls or dishes), or just having an ingredient or color separated from its other piles, having things separate and spaced out makes it look more balanced and aesthetic!
For this board I used:
-Wine Country Chicken Salad
-Bruscetta
-Hummus
-French Baguette
-Plain Crackers
-Raisin Rosemary Crisps
-Pita Crackers
-Blue Cheese
