Change of scenery for this one. Working out from home is awesome because it forces me to be creative with the resources I have. The gym obviously has a plethora of equipment that I don’t have at home but the routine stays pretty much the same. I pretty much do the same boring exercises every week just with slight variations.
Here’s a usual push day for me which focuses on the muscles in the chest, shoulders and triceps, followed by some core work. One thing I want to stress is to have fun during your exercise whatever it is. If you miss a day don’t beat yourself up, your rest is just as important and when you return it will thank you for the break.
