Every morning for the past 6 months and intermittently for maybe 2 years I have had to or nearly did puke in the morning. Without fail. It’s also no surprise I’ve had this studio for... you guessed it... 2 years. Stopping to think and reflect on how my body has been changing and seeing how to react different now than before (physically and mentally). Sometimes we (I) get so caught up in the every day hustle of life that we run on auto-pilot and forget to do our “pre-trip inspections” on the vehicle we call our body. I realized that now, every time I think of unfinished tasks or things that need to be done, I almost ALWAYS immediately freak out inside and my body goes into a panic where I then have to: 🤮 So here is your reminder to keep checking in with yourself.
