Upcycled book tree 🌲 Did you know that books are particularly hard to recycle because of the binding attached to each page? This is a beautiful way to upcycle an old book that you can keep in your home for years (I actually had this one displayed throughout this year because I liked it so much) Make sure you keep the binding on the book you are using (which makes the middle of the tree) and staple/use a paper lip to attach the last pages together. (If you use a paper lip you can fold it down for storage) can you spot the origami star I made for the top?! I just tacked it on with a pin 📍 It has just the amount of vintage, natural beauty that I love and I’m officially scouring charity shops for more things I can fold into trees 🌲 (I bet a book of maps would look AMAZING!)
