Travel log: I left JoBurg to head to Accra, Ghana to celebrate the opening of @amoakoboafo’s new residency space. (More on this soon) I landed in Accra around 11pm, hustled through immigration, checked into my hotel, and... in true fashion ... was at the Front/Back club shortly thereafter—a skill that I have gotten down to an exact science. The next day — after a beautiful, slow morning 🥹 — the group was off to the races doing visits to artists studios and group exhibitions, visiting @pninson’s @dikancenter and library, @sergeclottey’s afrogallonist space, and rounding out the afternoon with a visit with @fabiolaelisabeth at the Noldor residency space.
