This machine helps you to make consistently good coffee with every pull of the lever, the smile face gauge is one of my favourite features - it’s a signifier of good tamping which takes the guesswork out of it. To properly test it out, I made THREE types of coffee! A flat white, an iced latte and a long black. Which were of course, accompanied by biscuits.
