First of all, what is your core? 🤷‍♀️ many people are surprised when I tell them that it’s more than just having abs. Having visible abs doesn’t necessarily mean that you have a strong core.
Your core muscles are the muscles deep within the abdominals and back, attaching to the spine or pelvis.
Why is it so important with a strong core and learning how to engage it? Because lack of core muscular development can result in a predisposition to injury.
