Listening to myself and the inner shifts I’ve been experiencing this summer has led me to experimenting with some new things into my routine. I’ve been working a lot with opening up my energy and where I focus it most throughout the day. From making some pretty massive changes to my personal and professional life it’s cracked open these new surges of energy that I didn’t know what to do with at first. It made me feel like I wanted to dance, run, & pick up some weights so - that’s exactly what I did. Listen to what was coming up for me. With a curious mind, to see what it felt like to do something different. It felt exhilarating. So I turned my camera on and shared the exact routine that moved through me like electricity. This new 33 min strength and pilates class intuitively flowed through my veins. It was wild. I will forever bring you along the way as I’m ever evolving and changing and growing with all of you. I freaking love Pilates and moving with my own body weight and that will forever be the foundation at my core. But adding some twists and turns along the way keeps it exciting and challenging and I’m so here on this ride to keep aligning my spirit to all the things that fill me with so much joy.
