Running Prep 🏃🏾🏃🏾🏃🏾
After a long two month layoff, I’m finally able to run again with no restrictions. Like ANYTHING in life starting over can be an arduous and challenging task. Its been tough but that’s why we set measurable goals, and try our best to stay committed to the journey mentally.
Take it from me, it’s OK to fail or be setback! It’s what you learn from those setbacks that help you improve.
Before we get to the actual running it’s important to prep the joints for the load and force of aerobic work no matter how fast or slow you’re going. Running is essentially your body balancing on one leg for seconds at a time and what you’ll find here are exercises that focus on balance, force absorption, and elasticity one leg at a time.
