Replying to @smilly21 There’s so much nuance that goes into attachment wounds & vulnerability I can’t possibly put it all into a single video. But I think it’s critical to understand that while those of us with insecure attachment styles might be cut from different cloth originally, the mess is all made up of the same kind of stuff. We all have wounds around vulnerability. And we all have to be aware of & do work to heal our own wounds. No one else can do that for us. The only differences are that we feel vulnerable in different moments & react in different ways. Regardless, it all boils down to us *willingly* co-creating a safe environment for to practice vulnerability together. This can’t be forced.
