There are a several iconic Madison dishes and (imo) the bibimbap at @grazemadison is one of them. The pork bibimbap at Graze is one of my most favorite menu items in Madison and I was reunited with it today after way too long. You know that crispy rice square, piled with veggies, ground pork, a perfectly cooked egg and that delicious housemade gochujang? Well, you should. I washed it down with the “Havana” a delicious rum and cava cocktail and also sampled the seasonal beet salad with stone fruits and goat cheese— food heaven. Happy weekend everyone!
