I’ve been throwing myself in bodies of water almost everyday this summer and I tell you what, it’s glorious medicine. Big shoutout to Mama Nature for all the rain we’ve had, the soul-soothing ability to see cloudy blue skies all summer instead of wildfire smoke is something I’ll never take for granted again.
