We’re honored to be announcing the first of our faculty for the Modern Meditation Teacher Training led by @amandagilbertmeditation. It’s exciting to be bringing industry leaders from academia, business, and the non-profit space to create the highest quality experience for our 2nd class of MMTT trainees. 

Meet @matthewgoodmanphd of @uscedu. He will be teaching our trainees the science of meditation and best practices for sharing science with students (so important!). Matthew is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the @uscedu medical school. His research focuses on how the autonomic nervous system functioning is influenced by practices such as meditation.
