Five years ago #activist #investors had a bad rap. Not any more. They stop idiot management from making stupid decisions. Imagine if Adobe had an activist on its board? They would have never blown their brains out on that insane Figma acquisition and saved shareholders $20 billion of market capitalization which they lost in 14 minutes after announcing the deal! @cnbc
