The dough is made from Idaho potatoes which is such a special touch. If you are more into savory over sweet, I highly recommend the Lefseroni or Lefsedilla! It’s the most incredible take on pepperoni pizza or a cheese quesadilla. If you are more into sweet treats, I highly recommend the Nutella Lefse and make sure to add 🍓. The Cin-A-Lefsa is also incredible and a delicious take on a cinnamon roll. They have specialty coffees like “Love in a Cup” with local honey or “Mint Mojito” with house made mint simple syrup.
