BLACK , QUEER and INDEPENDENT. BLOOD, SWEAT and TEARS. That’s what I would describe 'KWAME' and this Album journey! I consider myself extremely privileged to be able to create this freely. I was given the chance to create an album that fully represents me....that’s just crazy! Every single song is so personal, from 'like water' to 'dirty'. Each song lets you dive deeper into who i am as a person and as an Artist...and honestly it’s scary, but worth it!!! So a big thank you to all incredible individuals that were involved in ‘KWAME'... you made all this possible. I’m beyond grateful for every single listener who can somehow identify to the struggles and the pain but also to the beauty and blessing of being different.
