Pull Workout 🪢🪢🪢
All of the exercises contain a pulling motion which recruit mainly the back and bicep muscles. I don’t change my weekly workouts drastically from week to week. I like to build my workouts around compound exercises (bench press, pull ups, squats + deadlifts). Everything else is and accessory and vary slightly from week to week. Maybe the bicep curl is from a different angle, or my toe changes from underhand to overhand. Regardless, the goal is to create effective workouts without sacrificing time, as we’re ALL busy.
This took me only 40 minutes but I added 20 minutes of cardio as a treat 🍨
