A native of Mexico, Pedro Terrero started his jockey career at #GoldenGateFields in 2009. After recovering from a life-threatening injury in 2019, Pedro came back stronger than ever and won the 2021 Fall Meet Leading Rider title. Since coming to the United States, Pedro has dedicated his life to the sport and we are honored to call him a member of the Golden Gate Fields jockey colony. #HispanicHeritageMonth
