If you are in a situation wherein you are being challenged, ask yourself what is the highest purpose of this challenge? What are the learnings and lessons? How can I keep my vibrations higher? What are my tools to be in a higher vibration? The dark night of the soul, it happens to purge the egoic mind - collapsing the ego, the mind that attaches to suffering. The person that gives you negativity is the catalyst for you to be the Master of your energies. The person whom you haven't forgiven is teaching you how to forgive, how to be a Master - not reacting, but mastering your own thoughts and emotions. It takes work, awareness, openness, and allowing to receive messages, insights in order to do this. When we recognize that there is an Observer within you, then who is observing? And how are you observing? Are you filtering with love? Or are you filtering with hate and animosity? The biggest virtue is forgiveness. Anger is a very toxic energy. When you forgive, you let go of the story, you let go of the victim, you surrender to the Higher Power. Let go of the drama. Other people need to find the lessons themselves so they will come back into a full circle with love and understanding. Get out of the equation that everything is about you. It is not always about you. Your Teacher are those Dark Nights.
