In the 2022 Asian American Voter Survey — a joint effort of APIAVote, AAPI Data, and Asian Americans Advancing Justice — survey respondents ranked these issues as "extremely or very important” in determining how they will vote this election season. The survey also found that 52% of Asian Americans voters have had no contact from Democrats and 60% have had no contact from Republicans. This data shows that both major political parties are still ignoring the Asian American vote which happens to be the fastest growing segment of voters out of all racial and ethnic groups.
