Today in Tokyo is a bit warmer, like spring. I feel light headed and emotional in weathers like that. Like the feeling before rain. You know? Like I want to be comfortably alone? I don't really know how to explain. I think since last year, I've been having new feelings like this quite often. Am I training new emotions? Maybe cuz of that I feel new levels of happiness too, like I'm more positive than before 🤜🏻 This year, I'm going to be more ME 🫵🏻 今日の東京の気温、なんか春っぽい!? こういう気温とか湿度の日って、エモーショナルになるんだけど、みんなそういうものなのかな?雨降る前とか、よくそんな気分なる 寂しいけど心地よいみたいな、寂しいけど一人で居たいみたいな? 矛盾していて、説明がつかない感情になることがあるんだよね〜 去年は何度か初めての感情になることがあって、修行だなあ、、と感じる瞬間もあったね だからか、以前よりも前向きになってきてる気がして嬉しい最近です全然ポジティブです🤜🏻! 今年は、出来るだけありのままの自分でいる事を目標にしてる 🫵🏻
